Plan Your
Stay

The Board of Directors welcome you to the seventh annual Heritage Bowl.

We hope you are enjoying your time here. Corsicana is a community with a rich history and roots deep in the Texas Oil Industry. We celebrate growth and opportunity while maintaining the importance of family and tradition.

Corsicana is home to many wonderful attractions including the Pearce Civil War and Western Art Museum,(leading Civil War museum in the country), the Cook Planetarium (the second largest planetarium in Texas), and Pioneer Village (a collection of homes and artifacts from early settlers). You can see that Corsicana is dedicated to engaging visitors of all ages with attractions from the past, present, and future.

Do you love the outdoors? Lake life? Corsicana is located near the Richland Chambers Reservoir, Texas' third largest lake, making Corsicana the perfect stop for all who love spending quality time outside.

Community parks (open year round), Derrick Days (held the last Saturday of April each year), the Corsicana CAF AirSho, and the Tour of Corsicana Bike Race are other fun ways to enjoy Corsicana's great outdoors.

If you like live theater, we have two wonderful venues. We are home to The Palace Theatre, a beautifully restored Vaudeville theater that is host to theater, music, movies and more throughout the year.  We also have the Warehouse Living Arts Center which presents five main stage productions as well as two children's productions throughout the year as well as improv and "off the beaten path" productions in its Terry Fator Theater.

As you can see, there is much to do in Corsicana. While you're here, make plans to stay awhile and enjoy all that we have to offer.
